Humour has always been a part of either the
Tiger or the Roy of the Rovers Comics. Tiger had a Pete's Page and a
page hosted by Smiler both fictional characters introducing readers'
jokes. A similar page called Football Funnies was hosted in the Roy of
the Rovers Comic.
Each day a different joke appears on the
main 'Football Funnies' page. Pete's page also hosts
humorous football tales and Smiler's Crazy Page provides the quick fire
one-liners. There is also a glossary of funny football terms and quotes
galore!
