Christmas has always been an exciting
time in the world of Roy of the Rovers. There has nearly always been the
Christmas Annual and usually a Christmas edition of both the Tiger and Roy
of the Rovers comics.
Roy was often pictured with stars from the sporting or
entertainment world. Such stars included Eric Morecambe, Ernie Wise, Mike
Yarwood, Suzanne Dando, Sharron Davies, Lawrie McMenamy, Gary Lineker, Mark
Hately and Tommy Docherty.
Complete sets of Christmas covers from
