Speaking of honours remember my predictions - let's see how near
they are to coming true!!!
Premier League Champions: Predicition was -
Manchester United - Sir Alex with his mix of young stars and old
heads will just pip free scoring Chelsea - Outcome:
we'll soon see!
Relegated:
Predicition was -
Blackpool, Wigan and Wolves. I
predict that Ian Holloway's Seasiders will be a breath of fresh
air for the Premiership, but although I don't think they will be
in the bottom two, I don't think they have the strength in depth
to survive. Outcome: we'll soon see!
Top Scorer: Predicition was - Fernando Torres. The addition of
Joe Cole will help 'Roy of the Rovers lookalike!' Fernando
Torres recapture his form of last season.Outcome:
I was off target with this one!
Summer Signing to Watch:
Predicition was -
Javier Hernandez. The
'Little Pea' has shown great World Cup and pre season form and
will be a great addition to the Red Devils. Outcome:
Not bad eh! I should have put some money on this!!
Up and Coming Star:
Predicition was -
Jordan Henderson
(Sunderland). One who looks at home on the big stage.
Outcome: the boy has done well and got an England cap,
so not bad again!!
Championship Winners: Predicition was - Cardiff City,
Outcome: QPR are champions but not bad at second (at
the moment)!
Division One Winners:
Predicition was -
Southampton, Outcome:
Brighton and Hove Albion are champions but again not bad at
second (at the moment)!
Division Two
Winners: Predicition was -
Burton Albion. Outcome: wide
of the mark with this one!!!
